The Jamul Tribal Gaming Commission is committed to protecting your privacy. The Jamul Tribal Gaming Commission (“Commission,” “we,” or “our”) collects personal and activity data, which may be linked. We use technologies like cookies (small files stored on your browser), or unique device identifiers to identify your computer or device so we can deliver a better experience to you. Our systems also log information like your browser, operating system and IP address.
We may also collect personally identifiable information that you provide to us, including your name, address, phone number or email address (collectively, “Personal Information”).
Our systems may associate this Personal Information with your activities while providing service to you (such as pages you view or things you click on or search for).

A mobile user might opt-in by:
• Entering a phone number online,
• Filling out a paper form that includes their phone number
Opting out
Our third-party service provider provides the ability to opt out of the Service for any reason. To opt out, you can:
• Text “STOP” or “QUIT” to the number from which you received the SMS.
• Access your personal account and remove the SMS authorization.
Please note that unsubscribing from text messages from one campaign will not unsubscribe you from other campaigns. Additionally, opting out of SMS messages will not remove your personal data from our systems.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to our services, such as announcements and administrative messages, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
