Richard J. Tellow
Tellow is serving his first term as Councilman for the Jamul Indian Village. Because of Mr. Tellow's strong desire to become more involved with the village he moved closer a few years back. He and his mother would participate in functions held at the tribe when he was a child. At 29 years of age, Tellow is a father of 2 and is raising his children in their Culture. Mr. Tellow takes great pride in helping the members of his tribe and those of the surrounding tribes, with building ramadas, cleaning the cemetary and helping with funerals.
